Knowledge organisation is an important aspect of the “knowledge management” concept. Its theoretical foundations
suffer from a great imprecision of the
vocabulary used to describe its concepts
and to conceive an information system
that attempts to organize knowledge in
order to issue wisdom from facts observed and data gathered together. The digital document is there a key element of a
knowledge capitalisation method in a
shared documentary memory inspired by
what we may observe of our own
memory work and its major steps that we
try to describe here to apply its principles
to a collective practice
