Abstract

The Knowledge Management (KM)
joins as the same time past, present and future of
an company by watching the preservation of the
knowledge, their distribution, while remaining
reactive in front of the economic environment. So,
there is a positive relation between organizational
culture and knowledge management. The organizations of health are communities which do not escape
KM, due to the existence of the real collaboration
between the individuals. However, it is essential to
know the role of the actors and the nature of their
relations allowing creating a common frame in spite
of a more heterogeneous environment.
