Abstract

The approach of “change in action”
defined by the “committing communication”
paradigm (Bernard et Joule, 2004) is used to try to
show if it is possible to engage some Vietnamese
companies’ managers to improve their self-resilience. Firstly, a survey will provide the resilience
score of these people. Then, the individuals will
be submitted, according to their belonging group,
to a “social labelling” and/or a context of “social
visibility”. The resilience score will be recalculated
for the surveyed population. The differences will be
evaluated, discussed and analyzed.
