The objective of the present research
is to grasp the nature of co-development impact on
individual readiness for change through the lens of
the satisfaction of the three fundamental needs and
autonomous motivation.
Structural Equation Modelling enables the testing
of research hypotheses on a sample of 63 employees
from the Covéa company.
Our data suggest that the employees working with
managers trained to co-development have a better
readiness for change. In the identified relationships,
autonomous motivation notably takes the part of a
mediator.
