A speech mechanism was developed to ensure, in a second-year Master’s degree, the monitoring of the professional experience of students carried out in consulting firms, accompaniment in organizational changes, and in interaction with clients. The alternation between the university and professional environments puts stress on the student on the practical, subjective and identity levels, as the integration is meshed with integrative tests. The challenge is the creation of a development space that does not leave the professional experience at the doors of classrooms but opens a mediation for an individual and collective accompaniment of trajectories. Gathering feedback five years on questions the impact of training, its objectives and communication issues, as well as its potential for developing a certain type of reflexivity.
