From employee metrolog y to control loop. Case study in a multinational, analysis and modeling

Always more measured, and inside the globalization wave, requesting for control and profitability, the employee of many companies becomes the stake of a new paradigm whose goal is to ensure profits. Disappearing the individual in favor of his calculated identity, employees-metrology is the core of a coherent mechanic, which, through various calibrated parameters, transforms the employee into a self-controlled system. After a case study, an attempt at modeling presents the factors and control-loops of this new form of control.
