Abstract

In this article, we seek to articulate Mintzberg organizational structures and Parker-Follett human-centric approach with Weick’s process of sensemaking by which individuals and groups give meaning to ambiguous situations, in an intercultural context. It is thus a systemic transition strategy and our objective is to define a resilient intermediation space; therefore, our research purpose is twofold: (1) to elucidate a fit for purpose transition structure and (2) to establish the characteristics of a sensemaking space amongst stakeholders.
