About RIPCO
RIPCO is a bilingual (French and/or English) peer-reviewed academic journal published both online and in print. It focuses on work psychology and organizational behavior management.
The journal welcomes a wide range of empirical and theoretical contributions—qualitative, quantitative, mixed-methods, and critical approaches—and offers an open forum for interdisciplinary and epistemological dialogue across management, psychology, and the social sciences.
Aims & Scope
RIPCO covers a broad spectrum of topics related to organizational behavior, including but not
limited to:
• Psychosocial and organizational dynamics (leadership, power, change, culture, etc.)
• Workplace behavior and well-being (motivation, stress, engagement, health, etc.)
• Technology and artificial intelligence in organizations
• Organizational transformation in digital and societal contexts
• Critical and ethical perspectives on organizations, governance, and social responsibility

Founded several decades ago, RIPCO combines scientific rigor with openness to diverse epistemologies. All submissions undergo a double-blind peer-review process to ensure high academic quality and originality. The journal maintains a selective publication policy.

All article types are welcome: theoretical contributions, empirical studies, case analyses, and
critical essays. Manuscripts can be submitted in either French or English through the online
submission system.
