Abstract

Dignity and consent are closely intertwined. They speak to our conscience, and must be part of respect for the person, we give consent and our dignity to our doctor who is responsible. These two key words in bioethics are an integral part of the substance of fundamental rights from the ethical, legal and medical standpoints.
