Abstract

Since 1975, the year of the adoption of the Veil law and the “great decision” of the Constitutional Council, the latter has guaranteed the right to voluntary interruption of pregnancy as developed by the legislator. This state of jurisprudence does not, however, prevent us from questioning the constitutionalization of this right, which is justified less legally than symbolically.
