Abstract

Facing the government’s will to revive StopCovid application, the closing of the formal notice sent by the CNIL to the Ministry of Health, wich is the controller, questions. Indeed, the control of authority has shown flaws from the tool of tracing, follow-up and information of the contact cases to the Covid 19, in the protection and rights of the personal data subject.
