Abstract

The healthcare sector is very exposed to the cyber threat. Healthcare establishments are tempted to contact their insurer to cover this risk in a cyber insurance contract. However, many technical and legal difficulties show us that for now, cyber risk would be outside the limits of an insurable risk.
