Abstract

The relationship between expertise and innovation in industrial organizations is complex. Through the concept of expertise creation regimes, this article proposes to examine the historical evolution of models of governance of the creation of expertise for innovation. It identifies for four ideal types of expertise creation regime, allowing to clarify the issues of expertise in innovation processes
