This study has a triple aim: firstly, the contextualisation
of the question of access to artificial reproductive
technologies (ART) for lesbian couples in the light of
recent legal ht to same-sex couples. Secondly, the
examination of the British and German legal frames,
where the possibility of adoption by homosexual couples
is dissociated from the existence of matrimonial relation.
