Abstract

An elderly Swiss person, who was not in the terminal
phase, complained to the European Court of Human
Rights of having not been able, despite her persistent
desire to end her life, to obtain directly, after the refusal
by doctors, a lethal drug. By managing to bring her case
after death in the court, she got a scam judgment which
the court has finally to say it has no legal validity.
