The author first of all examines the consequences for indemnification of challenging the medical liability, dealing thus with management by national solidarity, medical accidents and hospital-induced infections then compensation in accordance with civil liability and administrative liability.
In the second part, the author clarifies the consequences of challenging medical liability with a view to sanctions, by dealing first of all with penal liability then with disciplinary liability.
