This column will review some legal and case law évolutions regarding compensation of medical accidents victims
(I). Then, we’ll consider in view of the evolution of physical injury legislation, the draft decree which establishes a
nomenclature for the heads of physical repairable damage
and seems to be an interesting development (despite its not
being materialized yet). In view of the case law évolutions,
we will consider some judicial décisions defining some
heads of physical injury. (II).
