PRÉLÈVEMENT D’ORGANE SANS CONSENTEMENT

Abstract

In a case where public institutions had taken organs on a
died patient without any authorization, Latvia is doubly
condemned: Firstly for the lack of legislation obliging to
consult relatives previously; then for infringement of the
principle o dignity, a human right which follows the person after her death.
