Abstract

How to think differently about the digital injunction that seems to be the common denominator of many organizational ills? This contribution introduces the concept of assignment to digital practices in the community management environment. It refers to the evaluation of the conditions of development of organizational change in relation to digital uses at work. The representation of digital practices, their evaluation by the organization and the propensity of their development are the three themes that will allow us to grasp their complexity. Furthermore, the aim of this article is to make visible and intelligible the concept of assignment to digital practices, which organisations must grasp in order to perpetuate digital professional practices in general.
