Abstract

Local development integrated with the
challenge of digital mediations between collaborative
and solidary practices
Transition from ownership to use, congruent with
collaborative economy practices, can impact territorial development. Indeed, this new form of sharing
the aims to transform the exchange field insisting on
relationship value. Moreover, Emmanuelle Besançon
(2014) in his Ph.D., have shown that the reciprocal
activities strengthen the social bond by intensifying
the relations of trust between the stakeholders of the
exchange. They are the base of reciprocal relations
and of the social bond which defines the organizations
of the social and solidarity economy. So, at the time
of the mediatization of the collaborative economy,
is the explosion of digital mediations that shows the
interest for these new practices. However, we want to
question the relevance of a rapprochement with the
social and solidarity economy, which plunges into a
rich historical background. In other words, between
collaborative and solidarity practices, what place for
digital mediations? To answer this question, we asked
about local dynamics. More specifically, we have
initiated an ethnographic approach that allows us to
reproduce a case study concerning emergence and
evolution of co-working space in Clermont-Ferrand.
