Abstract

Smart housing has emerged in recent years as an emerging and now common trend. Expression of a deep lifestyle trend, it has changed the habits of its users beyond basic daily activities : it affects up to their philosophy of living, their way of life. Thus, the whole architect practice, while creating the smart home, faces a new ethical challenge : to understand how and why the new connected habits of users are changing, and how to propose the users a suitable architecture : a modal architecture.
