Abstract

The history of the CROUS with students lasts for more than 60 years but the arrival of Facebook in these relations remains to be written. The CROUS launched a real challenge by investing this social network to work on the managerial and communication dimensions of visibility, brand image and self-image. The use of Facebook is considered here as an instrument for the joint construction of a positive mutual image between the CROUS and the students.
