Abstract

Within a context of digital revolutions in business, as practitioners of change we witness numerous strong and deep transformation ambitions regarding organizations and organized activity. Our contribution seeks foremost to question how to implement change. What are the stakes of these transformations? What are the premises that support the strategies of change? Are they effective? Are there other ways to change? This is a critical and reflexive approach to our own practice and a willful stance against the mechanistic qualities of change methods in order to open up a third path, finally able to respect living systems.
