The syndromes of thoracic outlet syndrome (of “PagetSchroetter”) are part of an intricate pathophysiology between the brachial plexus, the artery and the subclavian
vein and finally muscle and tendon structures. They associate mainly neurological signs, arterial and venous, which
can readily be confused with cervical pathology such as
cervicobrachial neuralgia, the carpal tunnel syndrome or
ulnar tunnel, the intrinsic shoulder disorders. These conditions can additionally be favored by professional activities
that may combine these different physiopathogenic elements at the same time. Place the Duplex remains indispensable, which requires a review to be standardized
reproducible and comparative particularly after physical
therapy within specific professional correctly trained. Our
review shows some areas shadow particular region but
subclavicular careful exploration upstream and downstream allows clarify our therapeutic decision. The latter
will be taken after the completion of other tests including
radiation to the thorax and base of the neck and an electromyogram to a professional well formed in this pathology
