The musical director of the big band Lumière and the present Orchestre National de Jazz
analyses a theme by Thelonious Monk using an original manuscript by the author with a
reproduction of the facsimile. This theme was arranged by Gil Evans and recorded in
1987 by the Lumière big bang and Gil Evans
