This yearly report, once more, presents and comments on the most important legislative and judiciary events and innovations in 2016 in Spain in the field of the effective implementation of the right for the population of access to the health care services; and to the regulations and responsibilities of the organization, structure, equipment and medical, pharmaceutical, nursing and auxiliary manpower of the Spanish Health care system.
