Abstract

Evoking the child’s interest, the rights of the child, is now
a daily matter in the society.The celebration of the 25th anniversary of the
International Convention of the Child puts a spotlight
on these issues.
Since 1990, emerged lawyers for children.
These lawyers are required to special rules.
So that the child’s rights are efficient and his words
heard, the presence of this lawyer specially trained at his
side, is crucial.
If the presence of a lawyer is required in criminal cases,
it is only optional when the child is in danger or a victim.
Much progress remains to be done so the child’s rights are
recognized, progress and are effective.
Only the working relationship between all professionals
will improve the cause of children.
