The ordinance of 16 June 2016 relating to research
involving the human person modifies the public health
code resulting from the law of 5 March 2012 to take
into account the EU Regulation 536/2014 establishing a
uniform law in this area. In addition, the text enshrines
the dual role, both at European and national level, of
the committees for the protection of individuals and
organizes their coordination.
