Abstract

Despite the legal recognition of a human parenthood
through participatory and partnership-based approaches
that may be implied by reproductive assistances, the
kinship is recognized only in order to maintain a traditional family structure, where the expression of gender
remains limited. It would be advisable then to consider ways, for all people, regardless of their gender, of
acquiring the full capacity to procreate, without any
distinction.
