Abstract

The 2014 report of the National Observatory on End of
Life deals with a subject which apparently appears distant from the questions that everyone is asking about the
end of life: what to decide for oneself? What to expect of
others (family , health actors, society)? Yet, as pointed out
in this interview of the president of the ONFV, insecurity deeply affects the way the issue of end of life needs to
be addressed because it shows that the acces to end of life
care of people in precarious situation is more complex
and difficult because our health facilities are largely
inadequate to deal with situations of precariousness
