Abstract

This column is a summary presentation of key legislative
and regulatory texts related to health law and medicosocial action, published in the Official Journal of the
Tunisian Republic (Bulletin).
For 2013, production of legal texts of the Tunisian health
dates back to the years long before the 2011 revolution.
Only two pieces of legislation enacted but two texts of
particular importance in the Tunisian context still
strongly marked by the turmoils related to the events of
2011. The first law establishes a national authority for
the prevention of torture. The second law deals with the
special scheme of compensation for damages caused by
agents of internal security forces, accidents and
occupational diseases
