RECENT DEVELOPMENTS IN THE SPANISH LEGISLATION IN THE FIELD OF HEALTH

Abstract

This relationship provides an update of the fundamental
laws of the Spanish National Health System until 2013.
Later it will be updated annually. However, in this first
publication it was considered appropriate to start from
the basic legislation of the Spanish national health
system, from the reform determined by the entry into
force of the present Spanish Constitution of December
1978.
