Abstract

The articles related to drugs, medical devices, and
cosmetics, have changed considerably during the year
2013. Other products, such as organic products, plant
protection, or food, have also undergone changes of less
magnitude. Protection objectives of safety, maintenance
of economic freedoms and ethical, as well as the will of a
still further harmonization of European institutions, are
unavoidable causes rapid and permanent changes in the
statutes relating to health products
