HOSPITAL LAW EDITORIAL: SHORT COLLECTION AS A BIAS

Abstract

Hospital law’s news is always rich and varied. The choice
of the topics to be covered, within the framework of an
editorial, is inevitably arbitrary and the attention of the
authors has focused on the following points: the question
of the difficult guarantee to protect minor’s secret on its
health towards the holders of parental authority; the parliamentary debate on the end of life; the establishment of
an industry-sponsored single contract for biomedical
research in public healthcare facilities; and finally, the
question of the hospital public service in the bill of
health.
