Abstract

During our practice as experts, we were appointed to examine a woman who had suffered
injury during a plastic surgery she underwent in a private hospital for a breast dystrophy.
The authors of this examination report herein the medical facts, the mission entrusted by the
magistrate and the examination results that point out those responsible for these medico-surgical detrimental facts.
