Abstract

The usual doctor-patient relationship paradigm tends to
be transformed according to the development of personalized medicine. Gradually being replaced, on respect of
each person, following them during their lifetime, considering their personal information, and according to their
preferences and transformations. This new conception of
the doctor-patient relationship must be considered the
precursor stage of the stratified medicine and could
become a single medicine, specific to each person, sustainable during the time comprehended the four P:
“Predictive, preventive, personalized and participatory”
