Abstract

Personalized medicine or precision medicine in cancer.
The impact for the health organization and its financing
is not trivial. If the medical and economic efficiency of
personalized medicine have to be established, the stratified
medicine or precision medicine became a reality in cancer
thanks to recent medical and technological innovations.
These innovations related to personalized medicine must
be developed, promoted and funded. If cancer is considered a major public health issue, these innovative and
expensive therapies has to be integrated with thinking
about their cost, especially for Health Insurance.
