Abstract

Large and complex social systems such as as health care systems are very stable. Personalized medicine by itself won't
modify their essence. As far as the economical consequences
of that personalisation, if the might have some positive
consequences by limiting a treatment to the person who
can benefit from it, the personalized knowledge of a
genome will permit to have a fair apreciation of the risk of
having certain diseases and then will to an increase of biological tests in order to see if these risks become reality.
