Abstract

The prohibition to practise the medical profession is a penalty
frequently imposed in medical criminal law and is part
of a very broad legislative framework. Medical criminal
law allows the criminal judge to use this prohibition very
severely and as a real sanctioning tool depending on the
seriousness of the cases submitted to him.
