Abstract

The evolution of health needs, medical desertification
areas, the aging of the population leads to find quick and
effective solutions. The use of telemedicine deployed in
pharmacy, successfully tested outside France, offers a
proximity response to issues of prevention, emergency, and
monitoring of the population. However this practice, in
the French health system is faced with ethical and legal
and financial obstacles reducing its scope. Proof being
made of the benefits of this practice in the present experiments, both by improving health as the lower bound of
health spending, it should wonder about the possibilities
for implementation in France, in respect and the protection of health professionals and patients. Many questions
related to the delineation of tasks between health professionals, supervision responsibilities, medical cooperation
of health professionals, but also related to patient information, informed consent, protection of data and
Securing shared folders.
