Disparities in the legislation of the abortion in Europe
demonstrate a difficulty in harmonizing public health and
accepting VTP care. Ideological and discursive variables
reinforce or limit the legitimacy of public health actions.
The effectiveness of legislative standards would reduce
inequalities between European patients.
