The inTeresT of The auTopsy in The legal world

Abstract

Through four examples, which are : the identification of a body, sudden death, suicide and death related to work ;
the issue of this article is to present the need to perform autopsies in the aim to deduce the consequences of different kind of death in the legal and judicial field.
