In forensic medicine scenes with several cadavers make up a minority of the cases handled and prove always
to be very difficult to analyse on a forensic level. In these situations, various criteria must be taken into consideration,
such as the place where they were discovered, the timing of the deaths as well as medical and forensic causes of
death. In this paper we trace the main suspicious scenes involving several cadavers in which homicide remains
the principal differential diagnosis and the cause to be eliminated in situ.
