DÉCISION N° 2017-632 QPC DU 2 JUIN 2017

Abstract

The Constitutional Council was seized on March 6, 2017 by
the Council of State (decision no.403944 of March 3, 2017)
a priority question of constitutionality (QPC)
asked by the National Union of Family Associations
head trauma and brain injury (UNAFTC).
This question relates to compliance with rights and
freedoms guaranteed by Articles L. 1110-5-
1, L. 1110-5-2 and L. 1111-4 of the public health code
(CSP), in their wording resulting from law n ° 2016-87 of
February 2, 2016 creating new rights in favor of
sick and people at the end of their life
