The two new decrees (« arrêtés ») published on 12 April
2018 specify the scope of the research with minimal risks
and constraints as well as the non-interventional research.
Both orders’ annexes describe precisely and exhaustively
the list of technical acts leading to qualifications, which
is difficult for the reader who must juggle between the two
orders. This sometimes makes it difficult to read the texts.
