Abstract

Sexual violence is a sensitive subject and it is difficult to
care for sex offenders, particularly for untrained personnel. There are legal frameworks in place, such as the
requirement or order of care, but the implementation of
care differs according to locally available human
resources and the historic interest of certain care teams for
the subject.
It was therefore of interest, following a reminder of a few
concepts, to summarise a census of different types of care
and their respective indications, and to put into perspective the links between care and justice
