After profoundly modifying its political and institutional
organisation about 15 years ago, New Caledonia is now
going to have to face new evolutions in the years to come,
evolutions which will have an impact on the regulations
applicable in the field of healthcare, which are currently
somewhat disorganised. Although it is sometimes rather
difficult to find the version of the text that is applicable
in New Caledonia, some specificities are not without
interest.
