Abstract

Cranial traumatic injury is a sudden rupture in the psychic life and requires appropriate support. Long and difficult rehabilitation is a prerequisite for specialized support in view of social and professional integration.
Insertion in “the normal world” must be prefered.The
evaluation and orientation of head injury are central in
the process of this medical and social support that must
be provided in the best comfort and safety conditions.
