The author first of all deals with work accidents in the agricultural world involving salaried workers, with the
special case of agricultural workers in Alsace Moselle, then the case of work accidents in agriculture involving
non-salaried farmers which is governed by the law of 30 November 2001. Again, the particular case of non-salaried farm workers in Alsace Lorraine is discussed.
