Besides the definition of a work accident, the author specifies the notions of presumption of imputability, sudden death at work, depression recognised as a work accident, accidents during a mission, accidents on the way
to/from work, and inexcusable fault. He then deals with the main steps in the evolution of a work accident, ie healing, consolidation, relapse, aggravation, post-consolidation care
